What is the Zoho One Planner?
The Zoho One Planner is a free, visual planning tool that lets you map out your Zoho One setup before you build it. You drag and connect modules, workflows, and automations on an interactive canvas, the same node-based approach you know from n8n, so you can see how your CRM, Books, Projects, Flow, and Creator pieces fit together first.
It's built by FXW GmbH, an Authorized Zoho Partner, to remove the biggest source of failed Zoho rollouts: starting to configure before the plan is clear.

How is this different from n8n?
n8n is a general-purpose workflow automation tool. The Zoho One Planner uses the same visual, node-based canvas but is purpose-built for planning Zoho One setups specifically. Its building blocks are Zoho modules and automations, not generic nodes. It's a planning tool, not a live automation engine.
Do I need Zoho One already to use the Planner?
No. Many people use it before buying Zoho One, to understand what their setup would look like. It works equally well for planning a fresh implementation or restructuring an existing one.
Can I use it to plan a migration to Zoho One?
Yes. It's well suited to mapping a migration, for example moving from Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, or another CRM, by laying out the target Zoho One structure visually before you migrate.
Does the Planner build the setup for me?
The Planner produces the plan. If you want the setup actually built and configured, FXW GmbH can implement it for you as an Authorized Zoho Partner.
Is my data safe?
Since the planner runs without an account, you're not handing over business data to use it. If you contact us to build your setup, we handle your data under standard German/EU data protection practices.
